How to Book Your Journey with Eagle Christian Tours

One of the first steps of planning any trip is figuring out how you will get to your destination. Plane, train, or automobile? Here at Eagle Christian Tours, we specialize in luxury motorcoach transportation. Our passion is your journey, and we believe that starts from the moment you inquire about our services!
Let’s walk through the three steps to book an Eagle motorcoach!
First: Get A Quote
The first step in this process is submitting your trip information to receive a price quote. There are a couple different ways to do this:
- Visit our website and use our online tool to receive an instant quote. If you have a firm/detailed trip itinerary or are requesting pricing outside of our office hours, this tool will take all your trip details and provide a quick and accurate price for your transportation needs. - Call or email our office to speak to a member of our friendly and professional sales team. This option is ideal for travelers that may not have a firm itinerary or travel plan yet and would like a quote based off a more general trip idea. Our team has the experience needed to help answer a wide range of travel related questions and can provide pricing same day when requests are made during business hours! Second: Confirm Your Booking
Once you have received a quote and are ready to travel in style on one of our luxury motorcoaches our sales team is here to help! Simply contact our office to let them know you would like to confirm your quote into a reservation. Just like quotes, our team will produce and send over a contract for your trip same day for all requests made during business hours!
There are only two things needed to reserve your motorcoach:
- A Signed Contract (Due within 3 days of the initial confirmation)
- A 20% Deposit (Due within 7 days of the initial confirmation)
Third: Finalize Your Details
The final step in your booking process is to simply finish planning your trip! Our prompt and helpful sales team will begin requesting your final trip details about two weeks before your motorcoach trip departs.
If at any point in your planning process you have questions about traveling on a motorcoach or need to know what information our sales team will request in your itinerary, you can contact our office and we would be happy to assist! There is a short list of the more general information that will be needed below, but our sales team will also ask for additional information if needed to cater to your group’s specific trip.

- Destination(s)
- Pro Tip: If you are not sure if your destination requires special permits/parking for buses, our sales team can help you determine that!
- Times and Dates of all transportation needs during your trip
- Hotel information (if traveling overnight)
- Pro Tip: When staying at a hotel, always confirm with the hotel that they can accommodate a bus in the parking lot before booking!
