At the end:
Create a concise one-page culture document for my company
Include:
Purpose statement
Core values with definitions
Desired customer experience
Desired team experience
Leadership expectations
Cultural non-negotiables
Then give me:
3 immediate action items for the next 30 days
3 long-term culture-building recommendations
The single most important behavior leadership must model consistently

When creating the final one-pager:
